I don't often write reviews but they really pissed me off. I put together an old school hi-fi system using some old amps and components I got from ebay. For a long time I thought these amps were worn out or tired and I even thought one of them had a bad preamp board. I bought about 8 sets and only stick to one brand so everything looks the same. Well after going through the entire amp and EQ with Deox and then reassembling and testing, I found that half of those cables didn't have proper connections. I went back to a cheap radio store with red and white wires all over it and suddenly the sound came out with such clarity it stunned me. Immediately returned as many of them as possible, will never waste time on this again. You're better off just buying overpriced cheap crap at your local Big Buy store. I would say the first problem with them is the outer metal ring, it doesn't have any grooves so it can't really adjust its tension. if they are constantly inserted again and again. This became very apparent to me when simply touching one of the channels dimmed the left channel (I thought I had a bad preamp setup!). Stay away.
