The product is not new to me. I really LOVE these little guys. I've been using these pads for a few years now and buy them at my local pharmacy. However, they were recently hired so I reached out to Revain and found them happy. The beauty of these pads is that they are not wet or oily. If you are using them for the first time, you might even worry that they might be too dry to work with. It's not like this. One large pad removes ALL eye makeup including waterproof mascara! I use one side of a pad for the first eye and then flip it over to do the other. Sometimes when I have a very smeared look I might take a second pad to make sure I've completely removed everything. And yes. They are gentle on this very delicate area under the eyes. Best of all, they don't sting or irritate.
