Everything is fine. The zippered area isn't big so I don't close it but the bag seems good, especially for the price. UPDATE - June 26, 2019: One day a few weeks ago, Katherine from LBB Ltd. for free after reading my comments on the flash. At first I thought it was some kind of scam but I emailed her expressing my interest in her offer. I had a choice of colors and she told me the zipper had been changed. I chose gray and received a new bag yesterday. Lightning works better than the previous one. If I had one complaint I'd say I'm not a fan of the charcoal canvas with dark brown straps, but that's it. Katherine is in touch? This is 5 star customer service. The style gets 4 stars and the gray colorway gets 3 stars, purely on personal preference. Thanks to Ekaterina and LBB Ltd!
