Grain comes off

I've ordered them many, many times. When I first ordered these nail files they were purple (as pictured) and worked great on my terribly hard nails. The last 2 times I ordered I received this "special edition" neon file set. They are. Are. Terrible. The grain comes off after the first hand, leaving a perfectly smooth box. I used both of them filing my nails last night and need to have them removed. It's not cool if you spend $7.
