I bought this hip scarf for a belly dance class I just signed up for. This skirt is very cute and appears to be of very good quality. I read many reviews before deciding to buy this one and not all the others offered on Revain. I'm 5ft 7in and 150lbs. My waist is about 30 inches and this skirt fits great. It can fit someone much taller than me as well as someone much smaller. very short but not too long Overall I am happy with this product, it sounds as expected and looks great!
