That it's very easy, simple to use as well as intuitive which makes managing clusters that are in different states quite convenient for us who want them under one roof! This really helps me keep track of my own cluster status at all times without much hassle or stress. The only thing I am not fond about with this product is its pricing model especially if you need something more advanced like monitoring k8s through gcp instances but overall i really enjoy using infra app so far. Having managed kubernets across various regions since 2013 we were never able to achieve such consistency until now where our whole infrastructure can be tracked by just 1 dashboard - no matter which region they’re running out of :) I like that it's easy to use, has great support for multiple platforms (MacOS, Windows), and can be used as a CLI tool or browser app. It could do with some more documentation around best practices. The pricing structure is also very strange - if you want to pay per month then there are no options below $50/mo in my experience. We're using this for managing our cluster of containers deployed via Kubernetes.
