Just buy a new one from Microsoft and/or Best Buy. Don't go cheap
I bought this laptop on March 22nd and today is April 14th. This laptop randomly froze for me, colors randomly faded and now I have a blank screen. I have no idea why. I don't do anything funny on this laptop. I uninstalled sims4 yesterday. I have no idea what's going on and it won't even go off. At first the touchscreen didn't work and I had to restart my computer. DO NOT save up and try to buy it - just save up for a new one.
