Nice but cheap plastic faucet
We bought the Moen plumbing set because Moen is known for having quality faucets. However, the towel rails of several Moen lines (maybe all?) come with cheap plastic parts to assemble. Our contractor confirmed our suspicion that they would not survive. Since purchasing them I have seen several reviews of Moen towel rails mentioning this issue and the problems buyers have with installation. Moen, is it worth saving money by replacing metal fasteners with plastic ones if you damage your reputation? We sent all the fittings back and ordered a kit from Delta.
