I have ordered 2 different vests from this seller based on the size charts for each vest. None of the 2 ordered fit. My last purchase was a size Large which was supposed to fit dogs between 15 and 20 pounds. It arrived today and I used it for the first time. While not too big to velcro up, it was a loose fit. (See photo for bust size; note that 2 x 10 1/2 inches = 21 inches, and if you add or subtract 2 inches for the Velcro overlap, it still gets too big for our little guy, even though it's 18.1 inches is./ 2" around the chest just behind his front legs. Although he was a little loose fitting, it seemed to serve to keep him warm and dry in inclement weather. The biggest problem, however, was that he was our 15 1/2 lb. Havanese got vest wet when first putting it on. If the vest had been about 2" shorter in the stomach area it would have worked in my opinion, although it was loose (although it is moisture resistant). , would have to be washed anyway or I would do return).If it fits well I would give 5 stars.Will give this company another try.I will order a medium and keep my fingers crossed that it fits better.Moral of the story:They all seem larger than expected,this is my he Experience Orders should be at least one size smaller than t Khan measures your dog. In my case I'm hoping 2 sizes down is all I have to do.
