I like that it's easy to use for both employees and employers. The platform offers many different payment options, which is great! It also has a lot of flexibility in terms of scheduling. There are some things I don't like about Even. Sometimes there can be lag time between when an employee gets paid and when they see it on their bank account. Also, sometimes the system doesn't work as well as it should. This happens less often than it used to. We've been able to save money on payroll costs and have more control over how much we pay our employees. Employees love that they know exactly what they will be getting every two weeks.
