I like that it's easy to use for both employees and employers. The platform offers many different payment options, which is great! It also has a lot of flexibility in terms of scheduling. There are some things I don't like about Even. Sometimes there can be lag time between when an employee gets paid and when they see it on their bank account. I love that my hours are posted in real time for me as well clients so there's no guessing about whether you're working or not! It makes it easy when things sometimes get hectic at work during lunch/breaks because your boss can see what tasks need doing next without having them ask around multiple times throughout each day if they still have something left over from last week (which could be days old!).
