The coaching from an outside perspective was what I needed. They not only focused my attention to where it should be but also encouraged me to follow through with actions which were in alignment with goals! No specific complaints - all sessions went smoothly as planned. It has helped aligning our organizational focus towards growth & retention strategies for employees & customers (customer success). They have helped me develop my personal brand so I can be more professional in interviews & networking for future jobs! Their coaches also help you to grow your network with people who are already established within their industries/companies (which makes it easier). It's hard sometimes because they're all super busy but if u know what ur looking fwd too then everything works out well :) Definitely try them - there isn't anything i dislike about this program yet!!
