Formulated with drying ingredients

EXTREMELY thick and coats your hands in a way that feels heavy. Well if you have very dry hands that might sound great but the fragrance in the product makes it a BAD choice for damaged/chapped skin so while it is super moisturizing it should only be used with light to moderate moisture. to need. All people are different, but personally it seemed to me that the product was not absorbed, but simply lay on the skin. As a protective layer against dehydration in high winds, it might not be that bad, but it didn't wet my hands enough to justify the very heavy and thick nature of the product. 10 minutes after application I still have to dry my palms as the balm is still on the skin. For some people, this is not only what they need, but also what their skin responds to positively. I would like to mention the fact that high levels of essential oils (including citrus) and fragrance negate any initial benefits that shea and other moisturizing factors may offer. Prolonged use of citrus oils on the skin will cause permanent skin damage, including increased photosensitivity, so the buyer should exercise caution.

Pros
  • Moisturizing Hand Balm leaves skin feeling soft, comfortable and smelling fresh
Cons
  • Not bad but...
