Tip: Protruding ends do not need to be carefully cut off when attaching the converter. Simply fold back the sticky paper as usual, fold the end so the wire is showing on both sides, and clip into the converter. Saved me a lot of time and headaches (no trimming or removing glue) and works great. Feedback: My partner finally relented and allowed me to install a surround sound system but was very demanding and was very concerned about exposed wiring. It turned out better than they expected and barely noticed the wire. I had to route it inside the eaves of the sidewalk and around the window frame, but all the curves didn't interrupt the signal like I feared. Very happy with this purchase and finally being able to enjoy full surround sound without the annoying strains.
