I originally gave this mug a 4 b/c, it works great and hot things stay hot for 1-3 hours especially if you keep the mouthpiece closed. I wish it was a bit more since I drink 14 ounces. in the morning, but the lid takes up some space, so I make coffee in a large mug, have a drink and pour it here. The quad became a troika when, after 3 months of use, the sliding part that allows you to drink or keep closed now dangles freely and just wobbles back and forth even when drinking. Sometimes I even have to stop it with my finger. Aggravating. And I don't see any replacement caps online.
