Review on 🧡 Babylock Euro Pro Household Accessories Presser by Gelin Battle

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I can't believe I went so long without one! Durable, useful, quality range at a great price

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this set! For the price (€9.99 at the time) I wasn't expecting too much. Especially since I had never bought "spare legs" before and had no idea what that would be. But it all fits perfectly with my 20 year old Kenmore 385-1551-600. They have the weight and feel of the original legs that came with my car (whatever happens to them I'll never know). I'm so glad I got it - one of my best Revain orders! I would like it to at least come with some sort of ID as shown in their photos. I had to go back and write the names on a cheap plastic sleeve with a marker. Because of the low price I will not complain about the plastic packaging. Pleated, embroidery, and blindstitch feet require you to unscrew the presser foot holder to screw them on, but the rest are easy to snap on and off. I have tried everything except the embroidery foot and they seem to be very durable and do what they are supposed to do. The only problem I had was with the pleated foot. I just couldn't get it to start folding, but this is most likely user error. Maybe I kept the fabric too coarse. It looks exactly like the ones I've seen in the tutorials, so I'm pretty sure it's all me, but I'll try again and update if it's broken. I can finally sew a straight stitch with the overlock foot! And the narrow rim with 3mm thickness is just magic for me (I will take more of these in larger sizes). I got this set mainly because, like so many others, I started sewing face masks during this COVID pandemic and needed faster, easier ways to get things done. They're definitely doing their job. This is the perfect set for both beginners and seasoned professionals. Being a smaller set, beginners can really benefit from this and then order larger sets as time and talent goes by. Even if you already have a few of these and maybe just need a few others, this is a fantastic deal. Individually, they would easily cost between $50 and $80. All I have left from my high school Kenmore is a regular foot and a button down foot so I'm so lucky to have these guys. Of course I recommend this set of sewing feet. Never been so excited to sew :).
