Tires need to be replaced. A companion persuaded me to get one. Personally, as a long-time driver, I've always preferred a different make of vehicle. However, after three seasons of bribery, not a single friend threw a spike at anyone. chanced it. And have never looked back. The vehicle drives quite well on both dry and wet roads, as well as on the highway and in traffic. Only a few of the spikes on each wheel are missing after all this time of use.
