All 3 clippers (large, small and angled), cuticle nipper, cuticle scraper and various other scrapers were impressively sharp. My holdall was recently stolen so my first purchase to stock up on my hygiene supplies was a 4 piece set from the blue Big Box store for about $8. I took it into the car to test and returned it immediately. The tools in this set were boring and terrible. I wasn't sure how sharp these items would be when I saw them listed at this price but I couldn't be happier. My wife was so excited about the two cuticle tools that she wants to order a set just for those tools. To be honest I can't imagine what kind of nails or claws some of these people who wrote negative reviews were trying to clip. While the case looks good, it's a bit bulky and cheap overall. I recently noticed that most tools have pre-drilled holes. I'm currently experimenting with some sort of key ring or quick release buckle to attach my favorite gadgets to for quick access when travelling. No need to travel with a suitcase full of tools half of which I have no idea what they are.
