Purchased in June. It worked fine for 3 months considering it was hardly used in that time. At the end of September, the DC portion of the system stopped working, rendering it unusable in the car. I understand anything mechanical can break, but this has hardly been used - maybe 2 times in DC mode before it stopped working. This is BS for what you keep in your car for emergencies. I would not recommend it to anyone. To update; I contacted their support not expecting much but I was surprised. They came back to me immediately. They said they would send a new unit for free. Of course it shouldn't have happened so quickly, but it's great that they took care of it straight away. So I'm still not sure about the quality of the product, but I'd be willing to decide when in doubt based solely on their AMAZING customer service. They stood behind the product and took care of the problem right away. Can't ask for more!. Except it doesn't break at all.
