Purchased because I had no idea how long I needed the cable - having no experience with enterprise class SSDs with the "U.2" connector. Most cables ended under 1 foot; and my case is an old UFO case from Mountain Mods so I was worried the 1 foot case wouldn't be long enough. Turns out that 1ft would probably work just fine considering the U2 connector is almost next to the 5.25in chassis bay in this case. Extra length for cable management.
