Review on Crafting Clay 🎨 Charms Kit by Klutz by Charlie Clayton

Good kit - minor imperfections that are easy to ignore or fix

This is a great little kit with a few minor imperfections. Positive points: - The instructions are very clear. It all starts with a sphere that you select by size on the page. The balls are then flattened, rolled, pinched, etc. to get the right shape. It's very easy to follow and makes it easy to get book-like results.- All the charms are cute ideas and relatively easy to make but small. Most of them will be sitting on a penny or nickel, so this is thorough detail work. There seems to be enough products to make them all, it's easy to increase the trailer size, but using the manual on the site helps a lot. - Includes tool, chain, mounting ring and decent quality screws (except for the screw shape, see blue and purple shading white. I carefully separated and cleaned them all and then wrapped them individually in cheap sandwich bags. The mounting loop is zinc plated Tapered screw with eye. The problem is that after baking the screw comes loose very easily.I attached this with Crazy Glue Gel which is suitable for use on plastic and metal. They all hold in place now.Glue is not visible as it is transparent This clay is not as hard as other fired modeling clays. The amulet breaks easily if dropped or bent. The book is taped to the box. Remove the razor blade need know how to model things to get good results they contain other fun suggestions like ma n makes pork wing. I am like children and children can do things with satisfying results.
