Review on Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP by Jason Ballard

The team at Freshfield has been very helpful in all aspects of our project - from getting us up to speed quickly, through drafting documents for approval process & contract negotiations (we used them as external counsel), right down to providing excellent advice during implementation phase about compliance requirements we had not considered before. They are also great people who can keep you entertained over drinks or dinner! Nothing really that I dislike so far but there have certainly been times when they were busy elsewhere where it was difficult to get hold of someone promptly. We needed help with an international commercial transaction which required some unusual skillsets given previous experience within my organisation. Their knowledge of their industry area gave me confidence that what they suggested would be commercially advantageous without any risk of being too complex or costly.
