You know a reputable toy company for a lower price you would think they would make sure the paint didn't peel off easily. I literally got this today, it's been about two hours and my seven month old with two bottom teeth (still growing) was able to pick and scrape the paint off. unbelievable . So they advertise that it's good for teething, and it's not. What parent in their right mind would agree to their child chewing on a toy that can easily wipe the paint off. Absolutely not . If it were a toy, great, but that literally says it's good for teething, which was the main reason I bought it. And not just because it's $4 doesn't mean it can't be good, I've bought other teething products for the same price and it's pretty safe.
