It's obvious that you are committed to supporting your products and making sure customers are only getting the very best.In terms of product performance, the black dome design is a definite plus, especially for my Arlo professional outdoor camera.It's in night mode the scene in noisy ambient light is now clearer than without the lens hood!Also, 3 days of rain didn't affect the camera's performance.And the design of the lens hood helped prevent water from getting on the camera lens like it used to.Overall a great product I am very happy with it so far it will be necessary to see how it fares i behaves outdoors when winter finally comes.
