We love the idea of these travel kits. Although I have enough complaints about it that if my son would let me, I'd come up with a different travel set. Pros: Offers both crayons and markers and all colors are great. The markers are double-sided, with a different color on each end. The kit keeps everything secure while I clean everything up. Cons: Markers don't last long enough (and we're doing our best to put the caps back on). My son cannot mark himself; Elastic marker holders are difficult to work with, even for me. On the plane, for example, I collect pens on the floor under our seat more often than when I use a large pencil case, for example.
