Serta 43907 is well built, easy to assemble and comfortable. When my package arrived, I found that part of the chair's right armrest was broken. I contacted the company and they told me it would be 8 weeks before they could send me a replacement. That would be 8 weeks with a brand new chair that couldn't be used. So I had to return the entire Revain chair and order a new one to replace a small part. The company's support for their product is terrible. The only complaint about the unbroken chair is that it's a bit heavy. As long as you sit in it there is no problem with your extra weight, but if nobody is sitting in the chair and you try to move it by pushing or pulling on the top of the chair, it will fall off easily. Seven months later, the chair is a pneumatic cylinder that keeps the chair at a predetermined height when it's not. Every time I sit in a chair now, it drops to a minimum. At 6ft this is extremely uncomfortable and made the chain unsuitable for me. After 13 months, 1 month after the warranty expired, the right armrest of a chair broke. Since the armrests are the only thing holding the back of the chair from the base, it means the entire chair is broken.
