Serta 43907 is well built, easy to assemble and comfortable. When my package arrived, I found that part of the chair's right armrest was broken. I contacted the company and they told me it would be 8 weeks before they could send me a replacement. That would be 8 weeks with a brand new chair that couldn't be used. So I had to return the entire Revain chair and order a new one to replace a small part. The company's support for their product is terrible. The only complaint about the unbroken chair
