Full Name on Box: Air Executive Chair in Light Gray Composite Leather/Mesh (Model: 43807 ) from the perspective of a little woman I've been looking at for a few months and this Serta chair caught my eye mostly aesthetically. I don't see many chairs in this color or style. It matched the rest of my PC/desk. Pros: Comfortable seat. Good lumbar support. It helps me to sit very straight. The wheels were surprisingly easy to attach. That's right, I had to make an effort with two. They roll perfectly on carpet. I accidentally scratched it while attaching the back panel. The black plastic caps for hiding the screws don't fit well. Plastic inserts that hide the screws in the brackets are also not suitable. That makes the chair cheap. (I will provide pictures) - workmanship is not the best. From a distance, however, it is not noticeable. On the lowest setting, the feet don't touch the ground, but at 4ft 11in, that's to be expected. The back height is a bit high in my opinion. I prefer to be a few inches shorter so I can sometimes tilt my head back to rest instead of being blocked by the seat. My fault is that I didn't understand that I should look out for "mid-back chairs". - The head/tip area is too hard. I prefer it soft. As another reviewer mentioned, don't forget to remove the foam or cardboard behind the lower back and head/shoulder.
