Product is NOT working properly. This drastically reduces my phone's touchscreen capabilities. I have to press very hard to control some parts of my phone, especially the lower right quadrant. It comes with two in a pack. I assumed it was user error on the first one, so after about an hour I got very frustrated and uninstalled it and used the second one. For the second installation, I followed the instructions and removed as much dust as possible. This still didn't solve the problem. That's not my only problem with this product. When the brightness of my screen is above about 50%, the data is not protected at all from being viewed by others. Don't waste your money on this crap. i want mine back
