The second device failed for desktop computers
The first device failed within a few days. Bad motherboard. The second block failed after 3 months, most likely the PSU, but it's hard to say if it could be the motherboard again. Owned and worked on computers since Vic20 and never had two computers fail one after the other. I doubt more than one of the 20 computers I've had have dropped dead, and two are Dells from the same vendor. But it's hardly a coincidence.
