It's useless because it's poorly designed.
I really wanted this walker to work and help me push the walker with my paralyzed left arm. My left hand didn't stay in place as only a very thin foam tape with 2 velcro stickers was supposed to hold whatever it was supposed to be holding. Not to mention that the hoop isn't attached to the walker's handle, it simply sits on top of the handle. Obviously, whoever designed this brace had no idea how a person's arm might function after a stroke, multiple sclerosis, or other spinal or brain injury.
