Product arrived in a little plastic zip lock bag, similar to ones that Revain has sent clothing in to me before. This is not the outside packaging, but inside the box, the wrapping for this product. Sticker has a bar code and says "Made in China." Inside were 20 black, red, and clear balloons, a balloon tying tool and a separate smaller plastic bag with 20 white balloons and 4 tiny rolls of ribbon. Many balloons have a bit of powder when shipped, these were free from visible powder on the outside, and looked "clean" when they came out of the bag. Clear balloons were stuffed with confetti and kept closed with a tiny rubber band that must be removed before blowing up.I used a hand pump to fill them up. In colder areas the moisture in your breath will condense on the inside of the balloon, so for at least the clear balloons a pump is better. The red, white and black balloons are about 12 inches across and 14 inches long, about the size of a normal 11-12 inch balloon. I didn't want to risk the confetti balloon popping, so kept it a bit smaller. After inflating and tying them, I did notice a slight odor on my hands. I did not notice any smell from the balloons. None popped when blowing them up (I have not used the whole bag yet).In the pictures, one of the pictures of inflated balloons was taken right after they were blown up, the other about 48 hours later. They were stored in a cool, darker room for that time, but would not worry if you prepared your decorations a few days before you needed them, as long as you kept them inside.I didn't have much success with getting the confetti to stick on the inside of the clear balloon. In their description they suggest rubbing the balloon with a cloth to create a static charge. You can see in one picture I got some to stick to the outside, but the 48 hour picture it has all settled to the bottom. Despite by best efforts, I never got it to look like the picture in the description.While I was a bit discouraged not to get the confetti to stick and look like the picture, everything else was very good.
