Their team is very responsive. They listen to my needs and work with me closely. I am able to engage them for any questions that arise throughout our day-to-day meetings. I haven't found one thing they can do wrong! We are currently using their services for an upcoming trade show where we will be doing a lot of networking. I have been impressed by how quickly we were able to set up all the graphics needed. The price was also fair considering what other companies charge when adding additional items to your order. It's hard to think of anything at this time but if it comes to mind then please don’t hesitate to contact us asap. Working with Graff has made life easier because if there is something missing from my end or something not working correctly, they will make sure I get back to them within minutes rather than hours/days later.
