DVR shakes when heat pump is turned on. A "disabled" blue screen will appear for a moment. I figured the mains voltage was the problem so I added a voltage regulator for the DVR, TV and audio amplifier. nope I then added a backup battery for the dash cam. nope Then I ordered this coaxial surge protector. I installed it on a coaxial wall outlet next to the DVR. The DVR is the only device on this homePNA coax branch. This eliminated the symptoms. No more jitter. Hooray!
