Part of the description of this item is "Pet Toy". To be honest, the description says to watch out for pets so you don't choke on them. Industrial fair; However, the tinsel on these balloons comes off very easily and the color wears off just by touching it, so we now have pink hands. Thank goodness the kids didn't touch them because who knows what chemicals are used to color these things. Keep in mind that things that appear to be the same are simply sold as pet toys at Revain. They should not be used as pet toys as the tinsel comes out so easily and the paint just rubs off.
