Packing for a wintry flight means plenty of room for coats and sweaters. I received these to pack winter coats for myself and my son and was very shocked at how small they ended up - about 1/4 or less of the space they would take up without compression I think. Our coats are fiber filled, but if they were filled with down they would pack even less. What a space and therefore money saving with the airlines' additional baggage tariffs! I definitely recommend them.
