The items look and feel nice. I've used the bag and it will survive several uses and was fairly easy to use. But my problem is: why didn't they include instructions on how to assemble the icing bag? There was nothing included in the bag except a "thank you for buying" note with a QR code. Ok, no big deal, a lot of companies are saving paper that way by giving you instructions on the website and you can see what else they got. But getting to the site - no instructions. What? So I had to go online to figure how to put it together. And yes, it is easy enough and for a first timer it worked well and with more practice I'll get better. But I shouldn't have to go searching over the internet to find out how to assemble your product. At least put a video on your website or a link to a video. If you already know what you're doing then I suppose this is a great buy.
