I bought the black Godefroy Color Tint Kit. My lashes are so light you can't even see them. This is 28 days coverage per application. I was skeptical about doing this alone as it can be very harmful to the eyes. I watched a few YouTube videos to see how others applied the toner before I started. I watched her several times to make sure I knew what I was going to do and exactly how to do it. First, I applied a small amount of petroleum jelly to the upper eyelid and also under the lower lashes. Now I was ready to go. I followed the directions but ruined my lashes with mascara. I immediately removed the paint which peeled off easily because I had petroleum jelly to remove. I went back to the YouTube video, re-read the instructions and decided to take my own approach, applying a small amount of tint directly to the applicator and then re-applying it to the eyes, which were protected with petroleum jelly. It turned out very nice. I left it for a minute as the instructions say. Then I applied the second part, which is supposed to hold the color. The directions say leave again and one minute. I took it off after a minute but there was still no color on my lashes. So I started doing the same thing again, except I left the color fixer on for 15 minutes. It sounds awfully long, but I know my brows take a long time for the color to sink in. I washed it off according to the instructions, and I have Lala color! I was dying to add more color the same day I applied more layers in the same way. I was hoping for more color than I got myself after three coats, but I was just happy to finally see that I have lashes. With my brows already tinted and my lashes a little tinted, I felt like I'd put on some lipstick and was ready to walk out the door. I am very happy with the results of the Godefroy Color Tint Kit. I'll have some color left when it's a few weeks old, but I'm ready to add some more. I recommend anyone looking for the same results to try this product. You should experiment to see how long it takes you personally to keep it in front of your eyes. I would also suggest watching some YouTube videos of the product to see how people are doing it on themselves.
