I was actually going to give them 1 star because we couldn't sync them BUT after several tries we found that the TV should be on lol. We just got a new Wii so we're still learning, but syncing these remotes is very easy. First off, I knew these remotes had a wrist strap, but I was pleasantly surprised that they also included a silicone sleeve that makes it so much easier to grab and hold. The silicone cover has a silicone element that closes the ports when not in use, but I found they didn't stay on easily, but that's not a big issue. We love the color of the remotes and it's nice that the kids have their own. These remote controls require 2 AA batteries (not included). Simply remove the silicone case and open the battery compartment. Here you will see a red sync button. Click that button and then click the sync button on the system itself. Make sure you're pointing the remote at the censor strip and make sure your TV is on, lol. The bracelet is adjustable and it is highly recommended for children to use it to avoid accidents such as broken TV. Definitely a brand I would recommend and buy again. The buttons work great and don't stick. Good product!
