The bowls arrived with no problems as shown in the picture and they look beautiful. One bowl arrived chipped (pictured) and the same bowl broke in half on the first wash in hot water. I'm not sure if this bowl is just defective, but Kook customer service sent me a replacement the same day. I am now waiting to receive it in the mail. Supplement: With the replacement I have been using bowls without chips and breakage for 4 months. Happy with the quality and customer support solution to a broken bowl.
