Getting back into working out after quite a few years off. I've taken preworkout drinks in the past, many of which had ingredients that are not used anymore. This product gives a positive energy boost, not harsh on the stomach (but as with any of these products make sure a restroom is available first few times just in case) and the beta-alanine tingle is not overwhelming with 1 scoop. As for "pump", I'm still in dadbod mode so can't tell.
