This fits perfectly on my 2006 Ram 1500 with 5 grommets. To my surprise, the original nuts started to fail and apparently the whole nut was wrapped (not covered) in some kind of chromed sheet (similar to a candy wrapper). It started to peel off and the bushing I originally used just "spun" around the nut. I had to cut out the "wrap" and then use a smaller head on the main nut. They're a little narrower as they don't appear to be wrapped, just plated, a much more solid construction. Slightly different look as there is more room in the notch for the jam nut (magnetic wheels) but once you get over that it looks ok.
