Gorgeous jacket to match with coats, jackets and vests

I ordered a large size, I found them small but they fit my size. Now I would like to order a size smaller than average because I didn't want it to be a bit higher than my hips, but the jacket is really good quality. It is flexible to wear and has a really nice color. I'm 5ft 1,173lbs, Measurements: Bust 36ft, Waist 36ft.
