I bought them because we just bought a new house and the new house needs a lot of painting! This is our third house that we own so I've painted a lot over the years and used a lot of brushes. For the price they are phenomenal! They are not perfect, a few bristles fall out when washed and if you clean the whole room they end up getting a bit sticky. By that I mean paint will collect on it and the paint will dry out a bit as you go forward, so you'll need to put in a little effort towards the end of the room to make sure your edge stays clean and straight. However, this gives you 5 brushes! So if you're having trouble getting a straight edge because your brush is full of paint, just grab a new brush. I find them easy to clean. Whatever the bristles are, they wash off easily with some soap and water. Other than a few bristles falling out, I have no particular complaints. I have washed them several times and they are still in very good condition. This will definitely be enough to cover the whole house and I believe they will last a long time. I will definitely buy them again and I highly recommend them.
