Review on StoryXpress by Robert Rick

The best part about storyxPress was definitely their customer support! I can't say enough good things regarding this team - they were incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns we had during implementation process as well as after launch day itself (even though there weren’t many). It's not often you get such stellar service from your vendor partners but it truly makes my job easier when working through them. One thing i noticed quickly while implementing stories into salesforce marketing cloud which seems like something most people struggle doing initially because its so different than other platforms out here today -- don' t be afraid if someone tells u "it wont happen". Its likely just trying too hard :) As for now, everything has been going great!! We've recently started seeing some benefits already within first few weeks since launching these new features/channels onto customers who have signed up previously.
