I don't know how long they last and I don't know how well they clean our teeth in general but I don't care they are really soft/ultra soft unlike all the other dozen plus brands that which we have. I tried whoever claims they are! it's nice to finally be able to brush our teeth with it without our gums being scratched by the stiff bristles of other brushes, which then causes our gums to bleed. The shape of the handle was uncomfortable at first, but felt natural on the second use. I really love them, but I'm not the type to brush my teeth after every meal, so I plan on using a stiffer-bristled brush on my molars maybe once a week because I kind of have a brain that they are too soft to properly scrape stuck teeth. about the food there. Update: Our third order, husband loves them and will only be using these super soft toothbrushes from now on. I personally stopped using them because while they didn't hurt my gums, they were too soft to clean well enough between my teeth and gums and I could see plaque building up in some places.
