1) I can customize my notification templates in such a manner that it suits me;2) It has got an option of sending text message via WhatsApp (in India).3) The ability to send email with custom subject line4) Can add icons as well.1 - Need more customization options 2- No other country support 3-) Needs improvement over user experience.

If you are looking for integration between multiple channels then courier will be perfect! Sending mail template directly from web or desktop app without going into third party integrations helps reduce time gap across platforms. I am using courier for our marketing team. It allows us to send out emails in bulk which saves time as well as resources! The only thing that can be improved upon would have been more customization options when sending mails from multiple accounts at one go!! Overall it has helped me save so much of my precious time by being able to send mass mailings very fast with ease without worrying about any errors or delays in communication channels.
