Update: three of the six bags are duds. They got puffy again after less than two days. Yes, I sealed them well too. Disappointed. Upon contacting the seller and given instructions to try again, which I did, they didn’t keep their tight seal overall again. I was sent a new set and told not to send back the others. Customer service was quick, but three of the six bags don’t work from the first set, and two of the six didn’t work from the second set I received. Since I didn’t have to return the defective and good ones from the first or second set, I at least have a full set plus one that works. Glad I checked before moving to see if they work or not.I’ve used five of the six bags upon their arrival today. I’m about to drive across country in a hybrid Honda Accord with limited trunk space from El Paso, TX to Fayetteville, NC with my two year old, and our household goods won’t arrive for a few months. I already packed two medium bags of all the clothes I’ll need for my two year old. I used a jumbo bag for my essential work wardrobe. I intend to use another jumbo bag for my casual clothes but have stuffed it with a thick blanket and soft fleece just to use and test it for its ability to stay deflated. I heard it’s a wise idea to immediately test the bags and get a replacement if there’s a defective one in the bunch. It’ll do no good to find out at the last minute that one bag doesn’t work. I’ll update my review in a week to let you know if the bags stayed deflated and in good condition. So far, I’m very happy. The removable sealing slide clips worked great. I was worried after reading some negative reviews, but my fingers didn’t hurt, and they worked great.
