When I first used this product I overdid it a bit and applied too much pressure resulting in quite rough bruising on the outside of my right thigh so I would definitely recommend not overdoing it and apply too much pressure the first time until you try a few times. All in all I am actually very satisfied with this product and the results so far. Admittedly I had very little faith in it and to be honest I basically thought it would be like any other cellulite magic cure but to my surprise I actually noticed a difference after just a week. It is worth noting that these results do not occur in a vacuum and cannot be attributed solely to the product as I use it in combination with an anti-cellulite massage oil (essential oil blend) and resistance exercises (though not particularly intensely). . , just doing ankle-weight leg raises and squats with free weights for about half an hour a day), so unless you count on this product alone to be the ultimate cellulite solution, I highly recommend it.
