I ordered this padded bike seat to replace the seat on my spin bike and after two weeks and several rides I am very happy with it. .First, it was easy to install and included all the tools I needed (see the first picture of the package - a 10 ounce water bottle is listed for size reference). There were several Allen keys. included but all I really used was a fun wrench to loosen the nuts on the sides of the seat. On my first ride I immediately felt a big difference in the comfort of this seat as it is much wider than the original. It was really important. Aside from that, old and new places seem to be the same in every way. Memory foam is as firm on one side as it is on the other. Build quality and materials appear to be the same. The only difference is the size of the seat. See the second photo where I show two seats side by side.
